About the Brightlands Startup Challenge
The 2024-2025 edition of the Brightlands Startup Challenge kicked off on October 28th with a burst of energy and entrepreneurial spirit! As we now gear up for the Speeddate event in December, teams are racing to secure a spot among the top 40 projects that will advance.
The Brightlands Startup Challenge empowers students to tackle real-world societal and entrepreneurial challenges by developing viable business solutions. It helps participants refine essential skills like innovative thinking, an entrepreneurial mindset, and teamwork across disciplines. By collaborating with experts from both academia and industry, participants not only bring their ideas to life but also gain valuable exposure to companies and organizations—paving the way for exciting career or project development opportunities.
