The Mission

Preventing neurodivergent burnout in the workplace by fostering a fjaka state of mind.

The Challenge

Absenteeism due to stress-related symptoms has increased by 30% over the past five years in the Netherlands. On average, individuals spend 240 days recovering. In 2021, stress-related absenteeism cost Dutch companies over 3 billion euros. Furthermore, 56 % of those on long term sick leave due to stress-related poor health and burnout are judged to have ADHD.

The solution

Our solution is: 1. Burnout prevention program for “high risk of burnout “ individuals carried out abroad (5 days in Croatia and later expanded to other countries with doctors, health coaches, patients and their partners / family member(s) aimed at decreasing the risk of burnout through learning new skills and coping mechanisms, spending time in nature fully organised by us) and in part covered by insurance 2. Develop medical guideline for burnout prevention for individuals with ADHD and (long term) neurodivergence and foster cross cultural health workers knowledge exchange 3. Raise awareness of the role of ADHD in the occupational rehabilitation of individuals with burnout 4. Provide businesses tools and strategies for “high risk” employees and include additional vacation days in their contracts
