This AI-powered app can be downloaded across multiple platforms and devices and seamlessly connects with the latest health wearables, such as smartwatches, to continuously monitor health indicators. By leveraging real-time data and evidence-based insights, the app offers users and healthcare providers a reliable tool for assessing and managing individual health status effectively. With this system, clinical physicians receive real-time notifications about each patient’s health status, including alerts for any increased risk of specific diseases.
