My Vision's Mission: Every Student, Individual has the chance to develop highly valued skills with educational courses and look confidently into the future while earning money, getting recognized, and connecting with Students and Organizations who match their mindset and ambitions. Create an opportunity for the future life!

The Challenge

Students encounter a range of Challenges in their daily lives: -Stress because of exams, future jobs, and careers. Some feel uncertain about the future and that makes students nervous and anxious. ( "Not confident ") -> "Do I have the required skills, did I study enough, Is AI going to replace my job? " Especially the fact that many Students have a lack of money, so they search for job opportunities. On the other side, Organizations search for new employees and special skills that are required for specific tasks, but many students do not know.

The solution

A network for students and Organizations to develop skills, E.g., Excel skills, get in contact with other People who share their thoughts and ambitions, and work together on self-development. A company that has access to a Network full of students with certified skills that meet their requirements for special work tasks or jobs. Student practices their skills while participating in courses or playing games and achieve a particular score (E.g. Sowiso in mathematics ). Companies can see each individual's score and find the perfect match for their task ( "Job exchange" ). The company pays money, for example, excel sheets, Students get a course and can practice their skills in real-life examples and earn money. Furthermore, students get first recognized by the organization and have potential future jobs at an Organisation.
